Meet the Team
Toy Singsaeng trained as a chef in Thailand and came to the UK two years ago. Before joining us for the opening of Tuk Tuk he worked at Thai Connection Restaurant in Hove.
Toy is a keen fisherman and enjoys nothing more than a sunny afternoon on Worthing Pier with his fishing rod and a couple of beers!
Gary Jansson was a baker before he completed a degree in Computer Science and ran his own company called Intocompute.
He is now firmly back in his roots in the kitchen at Tuk Tuk and loves watching CSI, enjoying the humour of Sue Pollard and the music of Rihanna.
